Matthew B. Speiser

Matthew is the Vice President and General Counsel of Exron Capital, Inc. Immediately prior to joining Exron, Matthew served as Senior Counsel for World Fuel Services, Inc. In addition to providing legal support for the day-to-day operations of World Fuel Services’ United States Land division, Matthew was lead counsel for all mergers and acquisitions in the US Land space. Matthew took the lead on all legal and commercial due diligence, in addition to deal document negotiations and drafting for several acquisitions with purchase prices ranging from under $1M to over $100M.

Prior to working for World Fuel Services, Matthew was a general practice attorney for multiple Chicago area firms. Matthew focused his practice on mergers and acquisitions, commercial and residential real estate, and business law. Matthew graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Business Administration in 1999 and earned his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law in 2002.
